1. For anyone thinking about Ronals....pics...   (15 Nov 2008)
So, most of you know that IPD is closing out Ronal wheels in the US for CHEAP right now. Well, I got a set for my SR, since they were CHEAPER than getting my pegs refinished.... Then wifey saw them, saw how beat up her pegs were, and "requested" a set for her car. I think they look awesome, and they fit perfectly - no spacers, reduced rub... and of course, IPD's service was SUPERIOR again! THANKS.... So, here are some pics for anyone thinking about it.... I actually think her car looks way bette...

2. Honestly, when you think about it...   (23 Dec 2008)
...very few game companies actually LISTEN to their fans. I think a good example of a video game company that LISTENS to it's fans is Insomniac. Think about this for a second: When the first three Ratchet and Clank games came out, we enjoyed them a lot. Then Deadlocked came in, and fans quickly went disappointed. Insomniac listened, and made Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction, which had all the same elements of the original three games. Then we were happy again. Most other game companies do...

3. Thinking about switching to NVidia again (180 drivers)   (21 Nov 2008)
http://www.driverheaven.net/reviews....=668&pageid=12 (4870 V 260) I have a 4870X2 and a P5Q Dlx, just to show that i currently cant use SLI With the newest drivers, the GTX260 is beating 4870(X1) by a good margin, so i'm thinking about trading my 4870X2 for a gtx260 or 2, but then again i wouldn't have SLI, so i need other Mobo or core i7/ evga x58 upgrade. What do i do?

4. Thinking about upgrade to a Phenom II 940, worth upgrading motherboard for...   (09 Jan 2009)
System specs are in my sig. Question is as above, is it worth upgrading to a motherboard with an SB750 over my 790FX with a SB600. My willingness to go with the phenom would be tempered if I need a new motherboard. I have seriously considered going to an Intel based solution but pretty well there now in terms of the intels mid range quad cores. (about where I normally buy, I like putting my money to other more important system parts) anyone know how much the 750SB adds to the OC with a phenom 2?...

5. Please start thinking about the CMG Meet-Up No. 2   (03 Nov 2008)
If you have been following the CMG Contributor's thread—probably not the best place to discuss a forthcoming Meet-Up—then you know there is substantial interest in such an event. Since the original idea came from our dear Canadian friend, Henry Slofstra, we hope he will be involved again. Werner Isler, our esteemed long-time CMGer will be coordinating things again. We will need to select a month that is convenient for everyone (February 2008 was our last meet-up), then select probably a weekend...

6. Thinking about jumping ship again!   (24 Nov 2008)
Well I've recently been thinking about jumping ship back to AMD again. I'm going to try and part out my rig to friends and over ebay to bring in some cash. I'm of coarse going to wait for the first 45nm AMD reviews to make my decision. If the promises are true and they get a 20% boost over 65nm's clock for clock I'm deffinaly going to jump back over. So, from personal experience what AM2+ motherboards are the best quality and great for some good overclocking. I'm obliviously going to be looking...

7. If you are thinking about a Nissen...   (16 Oct 2008)
Hi, I'm new to the forum, but I've been following you guys for over a year. Here are my story and some of my thoughts. If you are contemplating a Nissen fundoplication, think very carefully about how badly you really need it. If your symptoms are well controlled (or just moderately-well controlled) with a PPI (e.g., Nexium, Prilosec, Aciphex, etc.), consider staying on the drugs and foregoing surgery. It is true that there are side effects from these drugs--possible osteoporosis down the road, B...

8. so, in your honest opinion what do you think about this?   (15 Dec 2008)
http://www.foxsports.com.au/story/0,...4-23211,00.htm imo he wont be anywhere near as good as picking up a keen 19 year old with their draft pick. i give him 2-3 years tops before he is cactus or kicked for using again. and those 2-3 years are going to be mediocre at best. not many midfielders last well into their late 30s, it takes a heavier strain on the body than a forward or a back. and to keep the body going requires a great team around you, notable midfielders who lasted are brett ratten f...

9. Thinking About Joining A Clan Again - Level 109   (11 Nov 2008)
Hi, I used to lead a clan named 3x (The 3xtermination), for a good year and a half, but when it died in May of this year I decided to retire from rs. Since the release of PvP I have been thinking about joining a clan where I can have some fun like I used to in the old wild, but not get overly caught up in the extremely long pk run ins or flaming between clans. I don't have a ton of time on my hands, so I can probably attend one, maybe two scheduled events per week. Anything over that is probably...

10. Thinking about picking up the game again, but which class?   (22 Nov 2008)
I'm considering playing WoW again since the expansion was released and looks pretty promising. This time around I won't be deluding myself with the prospect of hardcore raiding, however. I'm planning to reroll on a server with some friends. Which class should I play? I've already played a priest to level 70, so I'm not really interested in playing one now. I do like priests, but they're pretty difficult to play, especially when holy. I love the mage class, but my friend is going to roll a mage s...
