Attachment in 1:n query - Access World Forums
(06 Oct 2008)
This is probably an easy question, but the issues drives me n...
Consider a situation, where I have 1:n relation between 2 tables, say:
tblSupplier, with fields: SupplierID, AllKindsofInformation, CountryID
tblCountry, with fields: CountryID, CountryName, Flag
With all fields being strings, besides Flag, with is a Microsoft Access 2007 attachment. There is an obvious n:1 relationship between tblSupplier and tblCountry, linked via the CountryID field.
I now create a query, which displays and allo...

2x LVL attachment preference? Nail, bolted together, Trusslock?
(15 Oct 2008)
I'm asking a lot of questions lately
I installed 2x 14" LVL's between my kitchen & new sunroom
They were sized/engineered for the load
I used Trusslock 12" OC, one top row & 1 bottom row
Worked great with a 1/2" drill
Working on the garage LVL installation I now realize an "error"
I realized spec calls for NAILS 12" OC, Trusslock can be 19" OC
I think the trusslok are the way to go
I know another ways is drilling & bolting, or fo course the nails
Opinions, experience?
I do use some nails on the...

Forster case trimmer hollow point attachment
(17 Nov 2008)
Forster case trimmer hollow point attachment.
Anybody ever use one of these?
My .22 caliber cast bullets don't expand at all at low velocity. I'm thinking about giving this thing a try just for the heck of it.

Attachment Parenting & Extended Breastfeeding
(19 Oct 2008)
I must say firstly that these videos aren't pornographic as they are supposed to be in the context of nurturing. They are also YouTube video sources, so they have been approved for a general audience there given their strict policies against users posting very graphic videos.
These two videos showcase some families who practice a parenting style called Attachment or Attached Parenting, which can involve breastfeeding a child well into the age range of 4-7 and even up to the age of 9 in some case...

thinking about letting him cry it out
(22 Sep 2008)
Hi I need some advice from some experienced parents. I believe and follow most attachment style parenting but I am trying to find a way to get my 13 week old to sleep. We co-sleep at night up until this week I have always nursed him to bed at night and he would sleep in our bed but now he won't go to sleep when I do this. He is almost impossible for naps unless I put him in his sling and walk all day long. I can't stand all day. I am a stay at home mom so I am with him all day. I have a fr...

What Do you Guys think about these settings?
(10 Nov 2008)
BFE is currently trying to figure out how to set up the mod to run Call of Duty:World at War. Many seem to want to take Sprint Away which I find to be silly. They claim they want Slower Gameplay, so I made a list of rules/settings/adjustments that I feel would make this game, in a tournament/competition, much better. What do you guys think about my views?
Sprinting
Lets think about this for a second. For those who say Sprinting = Off. Sorry, this isn't COD2 or whatever, this is a whole new game....

New smileys - opinions plox
(08 Nov 2008)
So I found some new smileys based on the Pacman ghosts, and while they're cool and all, I'm not sure about replacing the current set.
Check them out and see what you think.
If you prefer the originals, I've also found a few more to add. Won't spoil it yet, but they're pretty funkeh.
So yeah. Vote!

Art or not? Opinions please...
(13 Nov 2008)
In my further quest to generate some measure of income from something I might actually be good at, I've made a few experiments with some of my photos. Black & white versions of some of the landscapes (think cut-rate Ansel Adams), and what I guess you'd call "colorized" versions of others. I'd appreciate opinions and criticisms.
Here are a few:
