What else besides squats?

I need some ideas about what else I should be doing for my legs besides squats? I used to do 5x5 with 225 and my legs would be toast for the next 2-3 days. Now i notice my right knee feels a little off, so Im thinking about cutting back on the weight. Now, i am wondering if I should do another leg workout if im not going so heavy (for me) on squats. If it matters, im 5'9" and weigh 165 lbs.

Carido to lose fat besides running

I recently hurt my foot and I cant do any running. What other sorts of activities can I do that will help burn fat on the same level as running would? I have done rowing before on a machine which gives me a pretty good sweat so I was thinking about getting back into that.

just was thinking about other drugs and wondered which drug i've consumed the most of besides cannabis...
i'd have to say klonopin (was on it for 2.5 years) or valium (been on it for 1.5 years). so benzos in general i've been on for 4+ years...
i've consumed a fair amount of oxy/hydrocodone (prescribed and bought off the street), but even using daily for a year i dont think i took more than the daily benzos for 4 years, even tho my opiate habit was quite high as certain points (80-120mg of oxyc...

I am still searching for the best cocktail for Bipolar and ADD,
I cycle a lot and have mixed episodes.
The most recent has been Wellbutrin, Lamictal and Adderal
The lamictal caused a rash (second time we tried it) so that is out for good.
Welbutrin is not working either
The adderall is a a very low dose and helps me concentrate so that is good.
In the past, I have tried Prozac (stopped working and eventually caused mania)
Zoloft...too many side effects and not effective
Cymbalta...too many side...

I would like to know how many of you work your business on a part-time basis & how many do it full time.
Do you have a regular job? If so, what kind?
I myself have a regular job, and I haven't decided if I would like to add direct selling on the side. I am an elementary school teacher...I have so much work, that it is taking the joy out of it!

There's a blue pearl SRT-4C at the dealership by the house, I have been contemplating trading in my SRT-4N...Just wondering how much I should expect the price to be on the caliber. It has the kicker system and sunroof and heated seats. I'll probably do my own financing and just show up with a check and tell em to make it work lol!
Other question, I have quite a few mods on the SRT, what are some things that are somewhat universal besides the HKS SSQV?

Thinking about upgrading to a D80

With the eBay cashback going on right now, I can get a brand new D80 body for $425-$450. My D70 body should still be worth around $200-300 since it has a pretty low 12k shutter count, so is it worth $200 or so to upgrade to the D80?
Also, used D200s are around $475-575 after cashback...is a D200 notably better than a D80 besides the faster speed and better build quality? I know they have very similar sensors and viewfinder, etc.
Which would be the better deal given that both are around $400-500...

What else has improved besides your sex life since you started doing pickup?
Here are 2 things that I noticed That I became much better at: Playing Cello and Golf.
2) I Improved in my Cello Playing Skills.
Note: growing up, I was forced by my parents to play cello once I started in 3rd grade to the end of Sr. year in high school. So, I didn't even like it, but I was good, and when I try at just about anything, I can do really well.-even when Its not something I really enjoy.
