What do you think about the new macbook?

I have been wanting to get a new macbook ever-since I dropped mine down a flight of stairs, and it looks like this week is the week.
Im thinking about picking one up this weekend but I'm not to sure yet. They did a nice upgrade on the specs. Also the glass button-less trackpad seems like a great edition. I'm not to sure about the design though. The aluminum is nice but I'm not liking the black keys and black screen.

New macbook or macbook pro?

Hey guys, i am thinking about getting a macbook and its one of those deals that have a limited time offer...
my choices are either the 2.4ghz macbook or the 2.4ghz macbook pro
other than the screen size and upgraded video card, are there any reasons to pick the MBP over the standard macbook?
i have a 13.3" xps1330 right now so the smaller screen is not a problem. even the regular macbook would provide me with better performance than i have right now.

I am considering one of 2 Macbook Pros. I have never used a Mac at all.

Opinions on this craigslist ad for a Macbook

Hi! This would be my first time using craigslist and I really want a MacBook for my 21st bday so I have been searching around for deals and such. I have been emailing back and forth with this seller a couple of times and it seems legit. But I wanted to make sure if I should ask more about it or what to look for if I do decide to purchase it . Hey i just got offered a a macbook black 2.0ghz c2d 80gb hdd 2gb ram for $350.00....I was honestly thinking about buying it and turning it right back around for a profit. Do you think i could get 500 for it?

I need a new sleeve for my new macbook - (13 inch aluminum)
i've been thinking about the incase cushiony one but the reviews say that the sleeve is a tad loose and scratches the aluminum with the zipper.
do any of you know any good sleeves out there that actually fit the new macbook aluminum?

i really want a mac. But sadly, the budget is what keeps me from buying the higher configurations..
I'm thinking about buying the base macbook. But i do a lot of heavy photoshop and MAYBE some video editing in the future... will the base model suffice? what is the advantage of the 1599$ macbook over the cheaper one?
