What do you think about the Twilight movie?

I'm a crazy Twilight fan, and at first, I couldn't wait to see the movie. Then I saw the trailers...I don't know what to think. I feel like the movie might not be that good, but this could just be because it doesn't match up to what I think the movie should be like. So, please, to save my sanity, what do you think? Based on what you've seen so far, do you think it looks like it's going to be good, or majorly suck?

What does GAF think about Red Cliff? NeoGAF

I watched this movie yesterday at the theater near my house and it was freaking AWESOME. This movie has been around here for almost 3 weeks and when I went to see it, there was no seat empty. Crazy!.
I watched it in Chinese with subtitles, and while I can't stand Chinese that much, in this movie it sounded way better. Also, all the action scenes were awesome, same with the incredible soundtrack and all the environments!
Probably one of my fav. movies this year! :O

thinking about food, budget, community

On my walk to the bus this morning, I thought about food, our own budget and community. I thought about how my mom fed our family growing up (six kids). Since she grocery shopped toward the end of the week, Thursday was often "leftover night" she'd throw together soup from a bunch of leftover vegetables, and if there was something leftover from another dinner, we'd have that, too (which must of been rare since we all had strong appetites, haha). Dessert was something we had about once a week,...

I'm drunk and I just watched the ending to Star Trek III. The bit where Spock says "You came back for me" and Kirk replies "You would have done the same for me." Lovely.
That's what Spock's doing in the new film I reckon.
Ban me for spamming the boards with horseshit if you want. Watching that and thinking about the new movie tugged my heartstrings a liittle.
