I'm doing a research paper for school.
How do you react to a statement such as,
"Police quotas are illegal in many states, but are secretly implemented anyway to improve revenue and numbers. Consequently, the public is affected negatively and the relationship between the public and the police becomes one with no trust or sense of unity."
Would it be possible to know which states quotas are actually illegal in?
Also, I'd like to here any kind of stories that officers may have regarding quotas. I'...

We need to start thinking of members who will do a good job as officers in the squadron.
The officer positions I'm thinking about are Lead state officers. One for each state that's in our region and someone to help them.

Hi:
Had this around a while and decided to put it to the test.
It is not cotton. I think it is rayon. Kinda silky looking but little rougher than silk.
No tag or stamp. It is beautifully done up close, front and back. Late war ?
