2. Going back to my roots   (18 Nov 2008)
Ive recently been tracing my family tree and managed to go back as far as my great great grandparents at this stage. Im finding it very fascinating. Ive felt like Im from nowhere and that I dont belong my entire life and all of a sudden I feel like I have roots, it feels amazing. I feel really excited but I also feel some sadness when I think about the struggles those before me must have encountered. Im also finding relatives I never knew I had and hopefully I will get in touch with them.

3. Imaginary Roots and Graphs   (05 Nov 2008)
Imaginary Roots and Graphs So today I was bored in class so I started to think about polynomials, specifically parabolas. I know that it is possible to find imaginary roots of a parabola. My question is when you graph this parabola that has two imaginary roots the curve never hits the x-axis then were are the imaginary roots at? When I asked my instructor he said he had no idea. My only guess was that there was a z-axis there the appeared somewhere but I really have no ideas. So where are the im...

5. Thinking About Trading the Triumph for a Buell   (25 Oct 2008)
Just Thinking here Nothing has gone beyond that Gateway Hardley Ableson had a few xb9s there. That was the first time I had really ever saw them. They had been sold out of them last year. Bike seemed to fit me a bit better than the Triumph and Its a total Departure from my UBER Vintage roots. I'd get the Blue. I like it be cause it is shorter than my triumph and has a bit more Powa that and its Freakin weird looking I like Weird! I Am Totally happy with the Triumph though. I Just Like the xb9s a...

6. What do you think about reggae music?   (17 Nov 2008)
Please note that reggae music entails more than Bob Marley songs. I personally love roots reggae. Whatever mood you are in you can just put on a head phone or whatever and you are fine for the rest of the day.Dancehall music with all the bad words i just listen to once in a while mostly for the beat. Otherwise it's just a group of people peddling sex, cursing each other and trying to act hype. *Me no kill people ina brood daylite* Seriously what the hell? Mafrado you need help. The mental kind w...

7. Obama's Terrorist Ties And Radical Roots   (04 Nov 2008)
Written by William F. Jasper Monday, 27 October 2008 17:01 One of the signature songs of the 1960s political radicalism was Bob Dylan's "The Times They Are a'Changin'," which JibJab video productions has used as a theme for an online video spoof of the Obama-Hillary-McCain campaign contest over who was the biggest "change" candidate. Another iconic '60s-era Dylan ballad, "Subterranean Homesick Blues," contained the line, "You don't need to be a weatherman to know which way the wind blows." Bill...

8. DA Fanfiction: The Roots of Betrayal   (24 Sep 2008)
This piece is one I submitted to a black library short story comp. I didnt make it through but it's given me a chance to think about it and expand. Any comments are appreciated! “FORWARD!!” Telusiarnus screamed down the vox-comms, kicking the broken body of a Fallen angel from his path, the crackling power sword ending its deadly arc. Whipping his left arm up his bolter sang as the devastating rounds roared from the barrel, shells exploding around the Fallen as they attempted to fall back throug...

9. thinking about a free for all   (08 Nov 2008)
i was just thinking about the viability of a free for all deathmatch sort of mode for savage 2. i think i'd like to try to create something which brings the fun of a fully hectic battle into a kill at all costs sort of game mode where you don't necessarily have to depend on your allies. so anyway, here are some thoughts... (all just conjecture at this point. tho i think i'll prolly try to make this happen at some point.) some basic concepts to implement: -victory is determined by most kill rewar...

10. What does everyone think about this guy   (07 Oct 2008)
France's president Nicolas Sarkozy has a very handsome son who is making waves in his home country, and catching the eye of others. Son Jean Sarkozy is trying to help his father's unpopular reform initiatives gain in favor, and has staged some plays in Paris to demonstrate the benefits of a more free market and entrepreneurial France versus the current welfare state that fosters reliance on civil servant jobs, long vacations, early retirement and immigrant handouts.
