Opinions on DCA shows...

Hi all,
I havent been around much lately, but now that I got that magic UPS box in the mail, planning has gone into full gear.
Seeking thoughts on the DCA shows...just a refresher, I have twin girls that will be turning three at the end of our trip. Obviously playhouse disney will be a hit, but I see the priority seating vocher..which of the shows might intrest three year old girls? I think they need to dig themselves out of the huge hole of denial they have put themselves in. It is like some people will think whatever gets you through the day, but when this child's body is recovered, they are going to lose it big time and I just wish they would be honest with themselves, I know it must be hard to wrap your mind around the fact that your daughter has murdered your granddaughter, but it is looking like that is a reality and I think about some of the comments they have made,...

Which ones are you going to?
I'm going to see Spiritualized tonight. I'm thinking about Cat Power in October. And maybe A Place to Bury Strangers, but I don't if I can work in a weekday show.
I definitely don't go to shows as much as I used to. Most of the bands I'd like to see never seem to come to Houston.

Taking your savings and "sticking it under a mattress" till things get stable again?
I have some $$ in some low interest savings account I had planned on moving into a higher earning money market but I'm thinking about just taking out (since it isn't reallly earning where it's at and sticking it in a safety deposit box or something)
I know it's really the exact thing the economy doesn't need but hearing some things on NPR and other talk shows they were saying that the economy could get so bad th...

We need your feedback about the shows

As I was putting this week's show together I realized that we went over the 2 hour mark by a little again. Since some of the segments are recorded seperate from the rest of the show it's often difficult to tell how long a show will be until I mix it all down and by then it's really too late to edit things out.
So my question to you is....What do you think about the longer shows? Do you enjoy having more content in each show? Does it not really matter to you? Or would you like for the shows to be...

I'm kind of looking for some new shows to watch, so what other shows do you watch besides Buffy/Angel, past or present?

Which shows would you absolutely love to direct, and why? I've never really directed anything, but I'd love to try it. But, anyway, on topic: For those of you who *do* direct, which shows were your favorite to direct?
Mine:
Assassins: There's so much you could do with it from a director's standpoint. I'd totally stage the beginning "Everybody's..." totally differently, and I'm already thinking about what I'd do.
