1. If you are thinking about a Nissen...   (16 Oct 2008)
Hi, I'm new to the forum, but I've been following you guys for over a year. Here are my story and some of my thoughts. If you are contemplating a Nissen fundoplication, think very carefully about how badly you really need it. If your symptoms are well controlled (or just moderately-well controlled) with a PPI (e.g., Nexium, Prilosec, Aciphex, etc.), consider staying on the drugs and foregoing surgery. It is true that there are side effects from these drugs--possible osteoporosis down the road, B...

2. Any premills suspect Obama as the antichrist? - Campus   (13 Nov 2008)
Visit timspong's Blog theology spong's "33 Words" Website “….whenever I discern a sounder opinion in any matter whatsoever, I gladly and humbly abandon the earlier one. For I know that those things I have learned are but the least in comparison with what I do not know.” John Hus "Fear is nothing more than a love of self" John Knox "I continue to find Paul totally stimulating, exciting and fascinating, which is more than I can say for any creed or confessional formula." - NT Wright "In essentials...

3. Carpet suppliers...any recommendations?   (15 Oct 2008)
While my car is apart for painting, I was thinking about going the extra step and replace the carpeting...(isn't that the way it always goes...might as well do this...and that..next thuing you know the restoration tab looks like the Pentagon R&D budget.. ). The usual suspects Historic, Phantom, S-! sell carpet sets. Any one have personal experience or recommendations? 4. Degas: The Next Suspect?   (30 Oct 2008)
It's just in theory but I was wondering if anyone said anything about Edgar Degas as being a suspect as JTR. You know, since it's great to point the finger as famous people during the time and also he was the influence on Sickert. Also, thinking about it, he was likely to travel and possibly know Mary Jane Kelly (she being from France). In Degas's history, he was seen as anti-Semitic (if we can take the wall writing to mention "jews" but spelled as "juwes".) Just one thing I don't know, did he e...

6. After Halloween dress up, people suspect   (04 Nov 2008)
That I am a crossdresser. Still have not taken off my bright red glue on nails yet and part of my makeup I used mascara to highlight what little eye brows I had. This simple new trick I've learned has improved my look in my opinion. But people say I am changing into a different person, a woman. They asked outright, "Are you a Crossdresser?" I wasn't ready for that question, but I didn't say yes, I didn't say no. So I think the cats out of the bag somewhat. Have any of my sisters experienced this...

7. Suspect Lump in the UK   (21 Oct 2008)
Hi all, Following on from my earlier thread here: http://www.tc-cancer.com/forum/showthread.php?p=82070 I thought it might be more appropriate to post here. Here is my story - it makes me cringe when I think about it... I am 30. In August I thought I felt a lump on my testicle. My left has always been atrophied and is half the size of the other. The outer "bouncy" part of the teste is of a normal shape, without squeezing the teste slightly you might never know that anything was amiss. Anyway, I...
