Strict Violation of APRI Code of Ethics

There is a store here in Illinois that is selling puppies that are from unlicensed breeders. Then they are taking that information and using APRI's registration forms. No USDA license and no address on the registration form. Is this a violation of the APRI's Code of Ethics?
Here is a website where you can actually see the APRI registration forms with the original breeder and no address. Is this a normal practice? I shouldn't think so...let me know what you guys (and girls) think about this.

Fighting A Traffic Violation

Okay, I just got my first ticket. Some lady cop pulled me over for "running a red light". I'd disagree, but whatever, she's vehement on me running it. I was very respectful when she pulled me over and I didn't argue at all, but three points is a lot on a sixteen-year-old's license for a BS ticket and insurance. So I'm thinking about fighting it in the Michigan courts. Has anyone here ever fought a traffic violation? How did it turn out for you?

In case you haven't noticed, I'm very much for independents.
Anyone running for president should be heard equally and fairly.
The current system has democrats and republicans fighting all the time, but with the common interest of keeping it a 2 man game. They have defended themselves with law that requires a certain percentage of vote to get into a debate.

NSFW. The following works contain nudity, I believe they should be marked mature. I contacted the artist but she wont go by my word or other members opinions and only admin (or staff) it seems. I mean no disrespect to the artist as i like her work and watch her, but i dont respect her disregard for minors on the site. She was using the excuse of sheath on animals being visible in real life, yet she is applying it to humanoids which is no longer considered the same I believe.

Hello. I moved from probation jurisdiction this weekend. I notified my PO this morning as directed. Literally, I am in a different county, but in the same state. Will my paperwork be transferred to the new county or will I have to drive back down to the other jurisdiction?

Hi,
I just found a domain name google.com (eg. watergoogle.com, watevergoogle.com). Would this be violating google's trademark? I am not selling anything or competing with google. I'm providing some sort of free tools which are not associated with google in anyway. Can anyone give their opinions please?
