Im thinking about trading my 89 240sx for an older strait axle 4runner. Im only 18 and have had my 240sx, and a 91 camaro. I really want to get into 4 wheeling but cant decide if its worth getting rid of my 240sx. Basically I want to hear your opinions, maybe some from the older croud that have had cars and trucks. I have been listening to a lot of Dave Ramsey and reading online and I have come to the realization that I am going to have to sell my car in order to get my life in order. I graduated college a year ago with $30,000 in student loan debt and I went out and bought my new 2008 Mazda 3 in May for $18,000. I financed for 5 years and now owe $16,700 on it. A close friend who teaches sniper shooting for the Police / SWAT here in Atlanta is offering me one of his personal rifles in trade for my FN-PS90. Truthfully I have not shot my FN very much and while it is neat to look at, I am more interested in precision shooting.
Here is what he is offering:

Hi folks,
This is my first post here, but I have been lurking and searching for a while.
I am looking to buy a 1911. I have some experience with 1911s. A friend of mine has a couple of them. He new I liked guns so he invited me over to shoot steel plates this fall and I was instantly hooked. He let me shoot an older Springfield Mil-Spec slightly upgraded. I had never given 1911s a chance until then. Now I want one BAD
I have been looking for one for a while now. $700 was my absolute max budget....

Thinking about getting this crx, worth it? its a 90 crx si looks to be ricey some but easily fixed it could be worse. its got a zc swap with the zc tranny? he is wanting 1500$ obo for it and i think i want to pick it up iv been looking for a clean crx in this price range for awhile and its hard and this one even runs its got 70k miles on the swap. ...go for it. I just got the kit for my 2654 and it make my leaves dissapear!! I mow an acre set in the woods (lots of trees here, oaks, maples, cherries)and it does an excellent job. I had about 2" of leaves down in spots. I had to go pretty slow with that many down, but it chopped them right up (I went over some areas twice, but I'm anal). No more raking & hauling away on a tarp.

Thinking about selling my spectra G, whats it worth?

OK purchased my spectra about a year ago, love it but have only flew it 6 times in a year (lack of flying fields/area). Now that I have a Trex 500 which I love I dont see the need for the Gasser. Plus.... my company closed 2 weeks ago and im selling the stuff I dont need.
